Q: "Is fuel Included?"

  • A: No, fuel is not included in your rental. The boat comes with a full tank of fuel and you can either refill it after your rental, or we can do it for you.

Q: "When will we hear from you after booking a rental or charter?"

  • A: You will get a text message from us the afternoon/evening before the day of your rental. It will include where to meet, where to park, and a reminder to fill out the waiver before your rental starts. If you book a same day rental, you will still receive an instructional message from us before your rental begins with the same information. 

Q: "Is a boaters license required?"

  • A: No, A boaters license is not required to rent one of our boats.

Q: "Is experience required to rent one of your boats?"

  • A: No, while prior experience is great, it is not absolutely required. Call us for more information on renting a boat without experience. We offer classes and charters as well. 

Q: "What is your cancellation policy?"

  • A: Our cancellation policy is that you may cancel within 48 hours of your rental and receive a full refund. If it is a weather related cancellation, you may cancel same day or move your rental to another day if applicable. 

Q: "Do you rent to other beaches?"

  • A: YES! We routinely rent boats to Ocean Isle Beach, Oak Island, Sunset Beach, Topsail Beach, Swansboro, Hampstead, White Lake, and many other places. Especially for multi-day, or week rentals!

Q: "Are dogs allowed on board?"

  • A: YES! Dogs are always allowed on board all of our boats! We are huge dog lovers ourselves.

Q: "Do you allow same day rentals?"

  • A: YES! We do allow same do rentals, however it is recommended for a weekend reservation that you make one ahead of time as we book up quickly. 

Q: "Where do we meet you?"

  • A: Unless decided differently through communication between you, and member of our staff, we meet at the Wrightsville Beach Boat Ramp, located at 109 Causeway Dr.

Q: "Can we go in the ocean?"

  • A: Maybe, it depends on which boat you rent, as well as the sea conditions that day. Always ask a staff member first so you have accurate conditions for the day, as well as are on a proper boat to do so. 

Q: "Who do we call if we have questions or problems on the rental?"

  • A: Unless it is an emergency, in which you would call 911 for, always start with us. You can reach us at 910-380-2920 anytime.

Q: "Is insurance included in your rental?"

  • A: No, insurance for your rental is not automatically included, but we do offer it, much like a car rental company. It also is not required.
